You can get started with GT Mobile by following these easy steps:

1. Insert your GT Mobile SIM Card into your mobile and switch it on.
2. Activate your SIM online at www.gt-mobile.fr or call 323 and you will receive your phone number via SMS on registration. You will need to communicate the number on the reverse of your pack and your personal details.
3. You are now ready to make and receive calls.
4. Do not forget to send us the form enclosed in your pack with a copy of your ID.

Help : If your mobile phone is locked it may show one of the following messages when inserting your GT Mobile SIM: 'Invalid SIM' or 'Insert SIM'. Unlocking your mobile phone is easy – simply call our Customer Services team on 322 for advice.

You can buy GT Mobile top-up vouchers online at www.gt-mobile.fr or from your local retailer. GT Mobile is available at over 68,000 stores across France. The voucher will show a PIN either printed on it or underneath a scratch panel.

• Enter *131# , press send, and your balance will shown on your mobile phone screen or
• Dial 321 and listen to your balance

Your GT Mobile voicemail service has been automatically activated.

Using your GT Mobile voicemail you can:

• Listen to messages left for you
• Record a personalised welcome message
• Select your preferred language
• Set your voicemail access code to access your voicemail from other phones

To access your voicemail from another phone or abroad

• Simply use your GT Mobile to call the voicemail menu and follow the instructions to setup a voicemail access code.

• Dial +33 751 00 01 21 and follow the instructions

You can select the language to be used for your GT Mobile voicemail and top-up service. To select your preferred language simply:

• Select the 'Settings' menu
• Select the 'Change Language' option
• Select your preferred language
